Chalet Blanchot in Plan Peisey is a lovely chalet, it has four bedrooms all with full en-suite facilities. In the open plan lounge and dining area there is comfortable seating around a glass-fronted log burning fire. A door from the dining area opens on to a south and west facing balcony with wonderful views across the valley from Plan Peisey in les Arcs to Montchavin in La Plagne.
Location: Chalet Blanchot is 150m from the ski hire and other shops of Plan Peisey. You can ski back to the chalet via a blue run. There is a walk of about 400m to the Plan Peisey ESF ski school and the ski lifts with a choice of a high-speed 6-seater chairlift taking you up to 2100m or the Vanoise Express across from Les Arcs to La Plagne. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | Breakfast, afternoon tea and 3-course evening meal with wine for 6 days (self-serve breakfast for the chalet staff's day off).
For breakfast you can eat as much or as little as you like. Choose from fruit juice, cereals, muesli, fresh French bread with butter and preserves, as well as cooked eggs, porridge or one of the hot options and of course tea or coffee.
For afternoon tea, the most informal meal of the day, help yourself to home made cake or scones and biscuits, either eaten at the table or relaxing.
The evening meal is a dinner party style meal for adults and older children and is served at 8pm. For children aged 11 and under, high tea is served at 6pm, with child-friendly food. If you are travelling with children 12 years and older who require high tea, this must be requested prior to departure. If you are booking the whole chalet then you may all eat at the same time regardless of the age of the children.
Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements at time of booking and we will do our best to organise suitable catering for you. French supermarkets do not have the same range as British supermarkets, therefore if you have very strict dietary needs, it is helpful if you can bring a few items (e.g. gluten free cakes/biscuits for afternoon tea!) |
