The superb Chalethotel La Foret enjoys a central location at the heart of a new complex just above the village of Vallandry. It is directly on the piste and guests can ski in and out from the hotel terrace.
La Foret has been finished to a very high standard to give comfortable communal areas and large bedrooms. The lounge overlooks the large south-west Terrace and circular dining tables of 8 offer enough room for all guests and staff to sit down together to enjoy fabulous evening meals.
All guest bedrooms are fully en-suite and the majority have balconies. A lift serves all floors, and two bedrooms have been specifically designed to be wheelchair friendly. There is off-road parking nearby, while indoor parking is available for an extra charge.
La Foret also features its own public bar and restaurant, La Caverne, which is equipped with satellite TV. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | We know that one of the most important parts of any winter holiday is the food. At the end of a crisp day on the mountain, there is nothing better than sitting down with a glass of wine to enjoy a delicious three course evening meal and relive the day’s adventures.
Breakfast:
To get you started every morning we provide a hearty buffet of cereals, fresh French bread and jams, boiled eggs, porridge, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, tea, and coffee. On six mornings there is also a cooked option to choose from, such as bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs.
Afternoon Tea:
On your return from the slopes every day a delicious afternoon tea is provided of freshly baked cakes, bread and jams, and tea or coffee.
Evening Meal:
On six evenings you will enjoy a wonderful three course evening meal accompanied by free, unlimited regional table wine. On the festive last evening of the week the meal is followed by a delicious and varied cheeseboard of local specialities and complimentary port.
Dietary Requirements:
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated in all of our properties but advance notice is required.
Please note that unless you are taking a chalet for sole use then our younger guests, aged 14 and under, will be fed at 6.00pm, followed by the adults only dinner. |
